Long Weapon Fighting

Pre-req: Weapon Specialization with any two handed non-reach weapon, Weapon Focus with any two handed non-reach weapon, Fighter 4th level.

You are learned in using your large weapon to your advantage.

Benefit: When facing someone who has reach equal to or less than your own (including their natural and weapon reach), who is using a one handed or light weapon, who has not hit you since you last moved 5f, you are considered to be "keeping them at bay". While keeping them at bay, you gain +2 circumstance bonus to AC against that person. After they hit you, you are no longer "keeping them at bay". Moving even 5ft allows you to return everyone to "kept at bay" status.

Greater Long Weapon Fighting
Pre Req: Long Weapon Fighting, Weapon Specialization with any two handed non-reach weapon, Weapon Focus with any two handed non-reach weapon, Fighter 4th level.

Benefit: As long as you are keeping someone at bay and are doing a full attack, you gain an extra attack against them using your two handed weapon at -5 penalty off of your highest BAB.

In the prerequisites should both Weapon Focus and Weapon Specilsation be in the same weapon?

I can only think Monkey Grip -> Oversized Two Weapon Fighting -> Long Weapon Fighting

Neither Monkey Grip nor oversized weapon help in any way shape or form. They do not upgrade a weapon to Two handed.

While I do mention "large" weapon in the fluff text, you will see that is the only place.

The rest of the place basically says you must be using a two handed weapon and that you must have natiral reach equal to or greater than the opponen's nautral+weapon reach.

why limit this to non-reach weapons?

I have a feat progression that I will be using soon, which will work pretty nicely I think.

good for any fighter (some str boost needed--bull str, animal affinity, enlarge, etc) with a reach weapon

combat reflexes
whirlwind attack
awsome blow

and then the house feats:
whirlwind awsome blow
opportunist awsome blow

the main idea here was to be able to do damage on a bullrush, which is doable with awsome blow, however it is a standard action. We have expanded this for high lvl play to attacks of opportunity and whilrwind as well.

using quicken dimension door, the expanded enlarge ability iof a psionic warrior, and monkey grip or an oversized weapon, it can be a deadly combo.

When all the combo elements are met, my char will have a reach of 25 feet, and anyone stepping into this zone will get multiple AoO's, that will push the opponents back out of the reach AND do dmg.

Pretty cool I think...let me know if you have other ideas for something like this.

The movement requirement in no way limits your second feat, as in any situation where it will apply anyway anyone needs only to take a 5' step to the side before attacking.

The first feat is, as well, overly complicated and restricted. Even if you wanted to keep it so narrow and ensure that no one ever took it, it would be much simpler to say "When wielding a two-handed, non-reach weapon, you gain a +2 circumstance bonus against all opponents with a reach equal to or less than your own wielding a one-handed or light weapon who have not hit you since you last moved at least 5'. If an opponent hits you, you lose this bonus until you again move at least 5'."

Change the next feat to "Any time you use a full attack against an opponent who you gain the benefits of the Long Weapon feat against, you may make an additional attack at your highest BAB -5."

But even then, all you're really doing is making a fighter use two feats to get an extra -5 attack every round that full attack is already an option.
