I was curious on how balanced a feat like this would be. (it's a martial version of Innate Spell)

Martial Mastery
Prerequisites: Ability to initiate 9th-level manoeuvres
Benefit: Select one manoeuvre of 3rd level or lower you know from a school in which you can initiate 9th-level manoeuvres. You may initiate that manoeuvre at will, to a maximum of once per round.

Yes, Innate Spell restricts the caster to 1st-level spells and has more prerequistes, but there are a number of differences.

- Manoeuvres are not as powerful as spells
- Manoeuvres can be used more often than spells
- The type of manoeuvre is restricted
- A martial adept can normally trade out his low-level manoeuvres for more powerful ones - he's forced to retain this one, and would never ready it once he has this feat.

Martial Mastery (Shadow Jaunt) would go great with Sun School...

This has the potential to be quite broken; Iron heart Surge comes immediately to mind. Immune to any status effect at will? Yes, please.

Limiting it to strikes, perhaps?

Well, honestly, I'd never take it. Even a warblade has subbed out most of his low level maneuvers, and by level 17 he can ready 6, IIRC. Combat almost never lasts more than 4 rounds at that level, in my experience, so this would be a feat on the very low end of usefulness.

I'd take it. The Concentration to X saves and Iron Heart Surge would probably be worth it all by themselves.

Any other way you can get a minor teleportation effect at will then? (without being a githyanki)

One of the dragonmarks lets you telport 10 feet/level 1/day. Horizon Walker lets you D-Door every 1d4 rounds. Shadowdancer lets you Shadow Jump.
