Pierce The Shade
Your eyes can pierce even the darkest shadows as if they were not there.
Prerequisites: Darkness as a spell-like ability, darkvision, Spot 12 ranks, At Home In The Deep*
Benefit: You can see normally through any type of magical darkness, negating their effects to you, even those of a deeper darkness spell or spell-like ability, along with other spells with the darkness descriptor.

*Feat described in Drow of the Underdark

Seems reasonable to me, but I would tighten up the benefit wording. Does it work against the blacklight spell, or only darkness effects that normally provide concealment? Does it negate the AC bonus from armor of darkness? (I would think not, but it points out that you need to think about more than the [darkness] descriptor.)

I think something like: "You can see normally through any type of magical darkness" would be about what you want.

Done and done. Thanks for the feedback.
