following the style of feats like Ascetic Stalker/Mage/Hunter/etc

I create this:

Martial Soul
You have practiced a secret technique that combines the power of your mind and the Sublime Way
Prerequisite: Mind Blade, Able to use one maneuver and one stance of level 2
Benefit: Choose one martial adept class you have levels on; you levels on that class stacks with your soulknife levels for determining your initiator level, and the enhancement bonus(only attack and damage, not special abilities) of your mind blade.
Normal: your initiator level is equal to your martial adept levels plus half your other levels.

Martial Mage
You have learned to mix the Sublime Way and your understanding of magic
Prerequisite: Able to use one maneuver and one stance of level 2, cast spells of level 2
Benefit:Choose one martial adept class you have levels on; your levels on that class and any arcane caster class stacks to determine your IL, also your can stack half your martial adept levels to your arcane caster level to determine your CL.
Normal: your initiator level is equal to your martial adept levels plus half your other levels.

Ascetic Martialist
You monastic order teach you the bases of the Sublime Way
Prerequisite: Able to use one maneuver and one stance of level 2, improved unarmed strike
Benefit: Choose one martial adept class you have levels on; if you have monk levels, your levels on that class stacks with your monk levels to determine your unarmed damage and AC bonus. Your monk levels stacks with that class to determine your IL. You can multiclass freely between monk and this martial class.
Normal: your initiator level is equal to your martial adept levels plus half your other levels.

Not balanced, I'd say. Why would anyone ever take more than a single level of Soulknife again? Now you can just have Soulknife 1/Initiator Class 19 and get a free, fully-enhanced Mindblade and IL 20. Also, IL isn't like caster level - remember that you can take a maneuver of any level your IL qualifies you for, you don't have t work your way through the lower levels.

I guess that depends upon your opinion of the soulknife. Personally, I like the concept of the class, but I think without this feat people won't even take one level of soulknife. With this feat, you get the nifty mindblade, but you are actually competent with it.

I made a similar feat for my games, and mine is even more powerful than this, but I still don't think it's game breaking. Just for reference, here's what I made.

Disciplined Mind [General]

You have mastered both the power of the mind and the disciplines of the sublime way.

Prerequisites: Able to initiate 2nd-level maneuvers, able to manifest a mind blade, psychic strike +1d8

Benefit: If you have levels in both soulknife and in swordsage, those levels stack when determining your mind blade enhancement bonuses (including special enhancements), your psychic strike class feature, and the bonuses of your quick to act class feature.

Whenever you make a psychic strike attack, you immediately recover a single expended maneuver of your choice. Whenever you initiate a strike maneuver, you immediately recover your psionic focus.

Well u migth still want to get the shape mind blade, or the special ability enhancement. Besides u still need to get lower level maneuvers to be able to get high level ones, even if your IL is 20.
