Inspired by Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess Ending Blow You leap upon a fallen enemy and attempt to strike it dead before it can rise again. Prerequisites: Fighter level 14, Jump 17 ranks, Weapon Focus (any sword), Weapon Specialization (any sword), Greater Weapon Focus (any sword) Benefits: As a full round action, you may move up to your speed toward a prone opponent no larger than one size category larger than yourself, jumping the final 10 feet. You must jump at least 10 feet, and failure to cover this distance ends your turn. Should you succeed, you may make a single attack against the prone opponent at your highest attack bonus. The critical range on this attack is three times larger than normal. Remember that effects which increase the critical range of a weapon do not stack. You must be using a sword for which you have the Greater Weapon Focus feat to use this feat. Back Slice You roll and tumble behind your enemy, coming up behind him in a whirlwind of spinning blades. Prerequisites: Fighter level 15, Jump 17 ranks, Tumble 9 ranks, Weapon Focus (any sword), Weapon Specialization (any sword), Greater Weapon Focus (any sword), Ending Blow, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack Benefits: As a full round action, you may tumble around an opponent no larger than yourself, ending in a square opposite your previous position (so you would be flanking with your previous position). If your opponent makes an attack of opportunity, your turn ends when you reach the other side of your opponent (even if the attack of opportunity misses). You then make an attack at your highest bonus, with a -10 penalty. This attack deals normal damage. The opponent must then make a Reflex save with a DC equal to the result of your attack roll. Failure allows you to move the opponent one square in any direction, such that it ends up further away from you than when it started. It lands prone in that square and takes an additional 5d6 damage. The opponent must then make a fortitude save at the same DC or be stunned for one round. If the attack roll is a natural 20, and the critical hit is confirmed, the opponent is denied both saves. You must be using a sword for which you have the Greater Weapon Focus feat to use this feat. Helm Splitter You slam the enemy with your shield, then follow it up with a brutal attack to the head. Prerequisites: Fighter level 16, Jump 17 ranks, Tumble 9 ranks, Weapon Focus (any sword), Weapon Specialization (any sword), Greater Weapon Focus (any sword), Ending Blow, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, Back Slice, Shield Proficiency, Improved Shield Bash, Combat Reflexes Benefits: You may use a full round action to perform a shield bash on an opponent within reach who is no more than one size category larger than yourself. If the attack is successful, you may follow it up with an attack with a sword for which you have the Greater Weapon Focus feat. If that attack is successful, the opponent must make a Fortitude save DC 18+ your STR or die. You must be using a sword for which you have the Greater Weapon Focus feat, and the shield must be a heavy shield. Mortal Draw In a flash of steel and speed, you spin in place, drawing your weapon and bringing it down on your opponent with full force. Prerequisites: Fighter level 17, Jump 17 ranks, Tumble 9 ranks, Weapon Focus (any sword), Weapon Specialization (any sword), Greater Weapon Focus (any sword), Ending Blow, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, Back Slice, Shield Proficiency, Improved Shield Bash, Combat Reflexes, Helm Splitter, Quick Draw Benefits: You may use a standard action to draw a sword for which you have the Greater Weapon Focus feat, and strike an opponent within reach. If the opponent takes damage from the attack, it must make a Fortitude save DC 19 + your STR or die. Any creature which observes you performing the Mortal Draw, whether they were the target or not, is immune to instant death from your Mortal Draw for 24 hours. Great Spin You spin with your sword at a tremendous velocity, sending shock-waves to strike at opponents beyond your reach. Prerequisites: Fighter level 18, Jump 17 ranks, Tumble 9 ranks, Weapon Focus (any sword), Weapon Specialization (any sword), Greater Weapon Focus (any sword), Ending Blow, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, Combat Expertise, Whirlwind Attack, Back Slice, Shield Proficiency, Improved Shield Bash, Combat Reflexes, Helm Splitter, Quick Draw Benefits: When you use your Whirlwind Attack feat while at full Hit Points, and using a sword for which you have the Greater Weapon Focus feat, you gain the following benefits: Your reach is increased by 5 feet. You may make 2 attacks against all opponents within your expanded reach, instead of just 1. All opponents struck must make a Reflex Save DC 19 + your STR or be moved one square away from you and land prone. |
