OK i know this is my forem but i figured id get the ball rolling by putting one of my ideas

basicly its a halfling rouge (I know but its my favorite) but with a reduce person spell casting it on him/her and making it permanant with the permancy spell thes gives him further bouns to his already good hide check and giving him a better dex plus better AC and AB and throgh this you take all sneaky feats: sneaky, skill focus hide, skill focus move sighlently, ect......now his damage does stink but thankfully he has sneak attack right.....

now if done right a 1st lvl with this on you should have a plus 21:eek: to his/her hide check (20 if u took sneaky instead of skill focus)but i idvise you take the weapon finesse feat that still a plus 18 at 1st lvl:D

Oh, Christ.

Look...

Ugh. Okay, I have two pearls of wisdom to share with you:

One, you misspelled "Rogue." Rouge is the French word for the color red and a type of makeup. A Rogue is a scoundrel, a vagrant, a scamp, or an errant; an all around mischievous person. You're referring to the second, but you keep on typing the first. Stop that.

Two, permanent Reduce Person costs 3040 gp, which is well beyond the resources of a first level character. It's subject to being Dispelled, which isn't hard, and that'll destroy your investment. A small character becomes tiny, which means he should buy a longspear to make his melee attacks, because his reach just became 0 feet and he provokes attacks of opportunity if he wants to step in to attack with a sword or something. Last, he needs to put ranks in Escape Artist, because his grapple mod compared to a medium character is something like -10.

In any case, you seem to have stumbled into the wrong forum. I doubt that I only speak to my own preferences when I say that some minimal effort towards grammar would be appreciated. Either way, you should tailor your posts to the correct boards. If you want to discuss the mechanical facets of a Halfling Rogue in general, then swing by Character Optimization where they have plenty of people who are knowledgeable about power mongering and they've got several long, long guides on just how to make your rogue fantastic. Problems and postulations go in their respective forums; Races, Combat, and Skills are separate facets of the game, and thus, separate facets of the forum.

If you're looking for players, these boards have a utility referred to ass the RPG Gamer Classifieds (http://forums.gleemax.com/forumdisplay.php?f=347). I've never touched them, but I guess you could look there for a group. Otherwise, I suggest asking around the local hobby shop where you buy your gaming materials, or just showing your friends the game and asking if they'd like to play with you.

...Just promise me you'll try to make more succinct topics...
