What is the language of Offhand Parry? Does it say it takes an action?

09-08-07, 06:09 PM Off-hand parry requires the use of the full attack action. In 3.5 it was changed and became the two-weapon defense tree. So no you can not use off-hand parry and use a maneuver that requires a standard action.
