Would this allow me as a medium char to weild a large longsword in primary and large longsword in my offhand

Yes, but with some nasty penalties to do so.
-2/-2 for TWF
-2/-2 for using monkey grip on each hand
for a total of -4 to all attacks, with either hand, before any other penalties are factored in.

Like I said, it does work, but the penalties make it difficult to justify.

this is how it is -

Two Weapon Fighting with 2 longsword:
-4/-4

Two Weapon Fighting with 2 longsword and the Oversized TWF feat
-2/-2

Now this is perfectly fine, people know this, but Monkey Grip specifically states that you CANNOT use it to weild an oversized weapon in your off-hand. So you could:

TWF with OTWF and Monkey Grip
-4/-2
Large Lonsword in your main hand, normal longsword in your off-hand

so 2d6+Strength at -4 to hit, and 1d8+1/2strength ar -2 to hit

Biggest best weapon to use for this is the Warmace (1d12/X2) because it's still a ONE HANDED WEAPON even with the huge damage

So you could do 3d6 with your main hand large Warmace and 1d12 with your off-hand warmace.

Yeah, he's right, and I'm wrong.

God, I hate monkey grip.

Monkey Grip only applies to your main hand, please read the feat.

The book: Magic Item Compendium has the strongarm bracers, which gives you the 'powerful build' ability of half giants and goliaths.

Pretty sweet, considering that for only 6k -- they're much better than the investment of Monkey Grip as a feat.

Powerful build grants more than wielding larger weapons, but if that is all your interested the bracers get you what you need.

the only problem i have seen with the Warmace was that it is a two handed weapon unless you have the exotic weapon proficiency. Otherwise i would be all about it.

You could allow them to wield it, but have the minuses for using a weapon untrained.

If you want to use Exotic Weapon Proficiency, there are better weapons you could pick. If you get a Bastard Sword, Waraxe, or Maul, you'll be better off. I wouldn't consider these weapons worth a feat either, but they're still better than the Warmace. Each of them deals 1d10 damage (only a drop of one point on average), and in return, you lose the -1 penalty to AC (totally worth it right there) and your critical increases (either to 19-20/x2 or 20/x3 depending on the weapon).

Now, you can use any of these with OTWF without penalty (if you're not using monkey grip) for 1d10 damage per hand, all for only -2 to hit. You'll have to blow through three feats to pull it off, so I'd hardly consider it optimal, but it's a better option than the Warmaces.
