I do not know if anybody has asked this before, so here goes:
I was wondering if the natural ability to wield oversize weapon, like from the Titan monster, would stack with the benefits from the feats monkey grip and Wield oversized weapon (epic)? The end result would be the ability to wield a weapon 2 size categories larger than the character.

I'd have to read the titan's ability, but generally, from what I understand, they wouldn't stack. I'm assuming it works similar to powerful build.

The reason they don't stack is that they each specify that the PC can wield a weapon one size larger than their category, not one size larger than the category they're capable of wielding. Thus both abilities let a medium creature wield a large weapon, and nothing more. So basically, both of them will say that you go from medium to large and medium to large (so they don't stack), as opposed to one going medium to large, and the second going large to huge.

Hope that made sense.

In this case, like with Powerful Build, Monkey Grip and the Oversized Weapon abilities accomplish the same thing, while the feat bestows a -2 penalty.

Oversized Weapon (Ex)
A titan wields a great, two-handed warhammer (big enough for Gargantuan creatures) without penalty.

Monkey Grip would allow the Titan to do what he already can do (with a -2 penalty). Monkey Grip is 100% useless for a Titan.

It's in the FAQ under "Do Powerful Build and Monkey Grip stack?"

The answer is no.
