Loki5654 02-24-07, 05:51 PM	Point Blank Shot (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#pointBlankShot) does not remove the -4 for firing into melee nor does it remove the -4 for non-proficiency nor does it remove any -4. Point Blank Shot (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#pointBlankShot) adds +1 to attack and damage rolls with ranged weapons if you are 30 ft or less from your target. You may be thinking of Precise Shot (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#preciseShot), which removes the -4 for firing into melee, or the various Weapon Proficiency (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/equipment/weapons.htm#simpleMartialandExoticWeapon s) feats, which remove the -4 for non-proficiency.
