| Sunchilde04-18-07, 11:39 AM | I have a mage that uses polymorph regularly and wants to take a feat similar to the druid one that lets druids cast while in wildshape. He says the druid feat would not cover him, and he cannot find a feat that would -- does such a feat exist, and if not -- what would such a feat look like? |

But unlike Wildshape, the Polymorph spell does allow multiple shapes that can cast spells just fine (hands for somatic, able to speak for verbal, and able to wear a pouch to keep spell components handy). If you're looking for a house rule option to help him, then I would suggest something along the lines of a feat which allows him to cast spells when in a given creature type (i.e. dragon, ooze, whatever). Jack P.S. Also if he has not already you might point him at the Master Transmogrifist PrC as it sounds like it might work well for him. |
