'Pounce' is a monster ability that enables a full attack on a charge.

The term 'pounce' is also used as a catchall for other "full attack on a charge" abilities. By far the simplest of these to get is in Complete Cheezeball Champion -- a single barbarian level can get you pounce.

There are several, several, several other ways, though.
