Say you have these two feats and use a longsword in each hand. Can you power attack and get the benefit of it with your off-hand as well? Unsure.

When you power attack you take a penelty to all attack and get a bonus to all damages. So yeah you could. But you are already taking some heavy penelties to hit using to one handed weapons.

Yep. That's the goodness of OTWF.

Personally, I think it's a good houserule to say that if you have OTWF and an double weapon, you should get to treat the off-hand attacks as 1H weapons if you want.

That was going to be my next question.

Thanks guys.

I'd actually houserule that both ends of a double weapon benefit normally from power attack even without the OTWF feat.

While they have their uses I think double weapons are rather underpowered when compared with the OTWF feat. For one OTWF feat you can do a good job mimicing three exotic weapons (Double Axe/Sword/Flail) which isn't right to me.

OTWF does not, however, give you 1-1/2 Str on your single attacks like you can get with a double weapon.

I wouldn't say double weapons are great, but I think they are well on par with most of the exotics. (Which is to say, not really worth a feat, but reasonable if you just like the flavor.)

I was always under the impression that the oversized weapon was now treated as a light weapon. Thus not able to benefit from power attack, but still take the penalties just like normal TWF.

A character with OTWF can gain the benefit of Power Attacking while wielding one-handed weapons in both hands.

I'm going to echo the comment, I thought the wording of the feat was that you treat a 1-handed weapon in your off-hand as if it was a light weapon. I'd argue that applies to power attack (meaning it doesn't work) as well but I'm away from my books so I'd have to double check the wording.

All OTWF affects is the penalties you take. It says not one thing about treating the weapon as a light weapon.
