When you have a primary attack that is your sole attack (like a bite) you get the X1.5 strength modifier. Does this also count as a 2H weapon for the purpose of the power attack feat? Would you get 2X the reduction in BAB as if you were weilding a 2H weapon?

Unfortunately, no. It is still a 1 for 1 exchange.:)
This is addressed in the FAQ somewhere.

Thanks for the quick reply. I didnt see it in the faq or on a google search, but I'm sure I missed it.

Too bad really. I thought that would work nicely with my shapeshift druid.

If you are still interested, here is the relevant article in the FAQ, pg 86. :)
Does a dragon with Power Attack add twice the number subtracted from attack rolls to damage rolls when making a tail slap?

No. While it shares some mathematical similarity to a twohanded weapon, the tail slap (or any other natural weapon that adds 1–1/2 the creature’s Strength bonus on damage rolls) doesn’t gain any other benefits applied to the use of a twohanded weapon.
