quick question, without pouring through the PHB and the ToB:

can a player use power attack and a martial maneuver at the same time?

ie: power attacking while using bonecrusher, so doing like +8 from power attack and +4d6 from bonecrusher?

Yes. You can use Power Attack any time you make a melee attack with a one-handed weapon, a two-handed weapon, or an unarmed strike.

Or a natural weapon.

Yes. You can use Power Attack any time you make a melee attack with a one-handed weapon, a two-handed weapon, or an unarmed strike.

Nitpick: you can Power Attack with light weapons, but it's a bad idea. you take the Power Attack penalty but don't add any damage.

It's a rule that I've never seen come up in play, so it is functionally pretty similar to just not being allowed to use PA with light weapons at all. I guess it might come up if you're using Two Weapon Fighting and/or making AoOs with your off hand weapon insfor some reason. Like if you're fighting with a longsword and a ghost touch short sword against an ogre and a ghost, Power Attack the ogre and then get an AoO on the ghost.

Not only "Yes", but why couldn't they?

Well, to really pick nits, they could use it with strikes and counters, but not with boosts or weird things like Shadow Jaunt, because you're not making an attack. :p So the nittiest answer is "yes, if the maneuver involves making an attack".

Which is a question that shouldn't even be asked. >.<
