so I am DMing a gestalt game, and there is a savage species weretiger progression gestalted with barbarian in my group...

this character currently has 7 hit dice, 33 strength, and 2 claws, 1 bite, and 2 rakes on a charge, due to pounce

She took power lunge...

Now anything she charges that she can harm, dies...

It amuses me, especially how I describe how she kills things. (you make the monk's body rip in pieces in 4 seperate directions.)

takes the 1/2th strength from the offhand weapons to 2x

so providing all 5 hit, she has 10x strength mod, plus lots of dice, and her strength mod is 11... 110 plus dice on a charge

Do any of you think its a bad idea that I let her take power lunge?

I don't want an arguement over if I let barbarian and weretiger being gestalted being overpowered. The party is actually balanced among eachother, so its okay.

No offense, but this seems like a silly question with a simple answer that no one here can provide.

Are you and the rest of the players still having fun now that this change has been made? If yes, then it's probably fine. If not, then no, it's not fine.

Well... I did get a dirty look from the grappler monk when she charged the guy he was grappling, did 5 attacks, and killed a 100hp monster in 1 round
