Can a Warlock take the feat Practiced Spellcaster? Is there such a feat as Practiced Invoker? One of my players is a Warlock 1/Cleric 2/Master of Shrouds 3 and is pretty broken with Spell Focus Conjuration, Augmented Summoning, and the Summon Undead(Shadow) ability from Master of Shrouds. Now he wants to do Van-damage with his Eldritch Blast by taking Practiced Invoker.

Can a Warlock take the feat Practiced Spellcaster? He can qualify for it, but can get no benefit. It helps "one spellcasting class" and the warlock is not a spellcasting class. (See the FAQ for this same answer only longer and official.)

Is there such a feat as Practiced Invoker? Not published in any source to my knowledge.

Even if you allowed Practiced Spellcaster to work for warlocks, EB is a class ability and isnt affected at all by caster level.

Even if you allowed it affect EB damage, the warlocks damage tops out at 9d6, once per round, at level 20. (This should not scare you; he is a cleric; he can do so much more than this :)

Alternatively, Hellfire Warlock would be good, since he has clerical healing to fix the Con damage.

He can take it, and it would increase his caster level. This wouldn't affect much, though. I guess the Dispel invocation and a few others use caster level for something (and it'd help resist dispels). It wouldn't increase eldritch blast damage any, though.

He can take it, but it won't work in the way he wants it to. All it will do is increase CL for invocations. It will not increase invocations known or EB damage. Those are based on actual level, not CL. Look at it this way; if a wizard takes Practiced Spellcaster it will increase his CL for the spells he casts. It will not, however, increase his spells known/spell per day as those are based on actual class level, not CL.
