How long does the command undead ability last? Until you release them or 10 rounds like the rebuke ability?

thanks

Until you release them (or you exceed the number of HD you can control, or they are destroyed, or someone else wrests control of them away from you, etc.).

Which makes playing a neutral cleric of somebody such as Boccob a sweet option - especially if you are a mystic theurge/cleric/necromancer or something - but remember, clerics who command or rebuke undead can spontaneously cast inflict spells, not cure spells.
