| Duergar06-29-07, 05:13 PM | SUP I have a question about that feat, cause the book says you can use it to add some type of energy to a spell (only if it is the same type of energy substitution) so the question is, if i have that feat four times with fire acid cold and Electricity, can modify a fireball to deal 12d6 of fire 6d6 of cold, 6d6 of acid and 6d6 of Electricity in one? and there is other, if that is possible, the +4 of using energy admixture feat will stack? thanks cause the book doesnt say more of it |
| Fireclave06-29-07, 05:24 PM | SUP Yo I have a question about that feat, cause the book says you can use it to add some type of energy to a spell (only if it is the same type of energy substitution) so the question is, if i have that feat four times with fire acid cold and Electricity, can modify a fireball to deal 12d6 of fire 6d6 of cold, 6d6 of acid and 6d6 of Electricity in one? Technically, yes. Though that wouldn't be very efficient because... and there is other, if that is possible, the +4 of using energy admixture feat will stack? thanks cause the book doesnt say more of it Yes, you would have to increase the spell level by +4 for each time you apply the feat, making your "all-energy" fireball a 19th level spell. Also, you would have to have Energy Substitution for each energy as well, requiring a total of eight feats to pull that trick off. |

| kyros_the_spawnslayer07-02-07, 12:54 AM | question is....why? That is 6 feats wasted when you could just as easily pcik other spells that can do different element dmg, like the orb spells. But I your logic is correct none the less. |
