Martial Strike Wolf Fang Strike from the Book of Nine swords gives a - 2 penalty in exchange for the abilty to attack with 2 weapons as a standard action, Is this in addition to the penalty for normal 2 weapon fighting, for a -4 or worse, depending on your feats, or just -2 as the strike reads.
If this has been addressed else where I would apreciate someone pointing too it. Thanks for your time.

The penalties and extra attack granted by Wolf Fang Strike entirely replace the normal TWF rules. When you initiate the maneuver, you do exactly what the maneuver says: no more and no less.

The TWF rules only come into play when the text says they do. The PHB says the penalties are applied when you choose to make an attack with a weapon wielded in your off hand as part of a full attack action.

Since you aren't making an attack with a weapon wielded in your off hand as part of a full attack action, you don't take the normal TWF penalties.

I agree with the above two posters. Some others believe that the -2 should be applied on top of TWF penalties.
