1. Can you give class specific abilities to another class via feat.
EX: A fighter wishes to pick up uncanny dodge and sneak attack.
EX#2: A rogue wishes to gain the ability to rage.
My personal opinion is that class specific abilities should be limited to each class and not customizable through feats. I don't see uncanny dodge listed as a feat but i suppose it is considered to be a feat.

2. Is their a feat that gives a player the power to see while blind. Such as blind sight. If so where can i find it, and what are the prerequisites and range.

If the answer to question two is no, then how would you set it up. I was thinking making it a combo feat by making blind fight a prerequisite as well as making the blind sight 30' and then improved blind sight 60' a follow up.

1) No - class abilities and feats are quite different. I can't think of any feats that grant uncanny dodge, sneak attack, or rage to classes that don't already have them.

2) The 3.0 sourcebook Sword & Fist had a Blindsight 5' radius feat - Prerequisites included Wisdom 19 and the Blind-Fight feat. Giving 30' or 60' blindsight with a feat as you suggest would be way too powerful in my opinion.
