I was wondering, kinda new and all, can a player make more than one Spot, Listen, or Search check in a row? LIke if they roll and dont here anything can they keep rolling untill they do, or untill they get a 20 to make sure that there is nothing to hear? same question with spot and search

Thank you ahead of time.

If the DM asks them to make all of those checks, yes. Otherwise Listen and Spot are move-equiv actions in combat and Search a full-round.

There are feats to change this, such as Quick Reconoiter.

Search isn't the same animal as Spot and Listen. Search is a proactive attempt to find something in a small area, while S&L are almost always reactive chances to notice something in your greater surroundings.

Also, keep in mind that S&L are pass/fail skills. If you don't succeed then you don't notice "it." Search on the other hand carries no penalty for failure, so you can take 20 on Search checks anytime you like. And yes, you can keep re-rolling the Search check if you didn't find anything on previous rolls (that doesn't mean there's something there to find, mind you).
