Ok question about quick draw feat and action of drawing weapons in combat in general.

Scenarrio.
Dual wielding rogue/fighter has attack bonus that allows multiple attacks but no quick draw feat.

He is approached and attacked while holding a bow. During his turn the PC drops the bow(free action) and draws sword and dagger. During this round will this PC also be able to draw sword and dagger and still make a full attack in the same round?

So, in summary is it legal to drop bow, draw sword and dagger and still make a full attack in the same round w/o the quick draw feat?

No. Drawing a weapon without the Quick Draw feat (or some other special ability) requires a move action. Having used a move action to draw a weapon, the rogue/fighter has only a standard action left to attack with.
