A familiar doesn't get anything based on your caster level, anyway.

But if it is the familiar you want to increase, Theurgic Bond (http://realmshelps.dandello.net/cgi-bin/feats.pl?Theurgic_Bond,all) can do that.
There is probaly other ways I didn't think of.
