Just a couple quick questions: 1. Is there a Fling Enemy feat and if so, what book is it in? 2. Is there any way to use a one-handed weapon in a grapple without penalty? Thanks in advance.

1. It's in Races of Stone.
2. Yeah. Greco. I think there may be another way though, someone else will come.

1. Tome Of Battle
2. Tome Of Battle

It may not be specifically what you asked for, but it's better in my opinion. You can be flinging your enemies starting at 1st level with the Mighty Throw maneuver, which only costs a single feat (with no prerequisites). You could also get it through taking a level of Swordsage, of course, but that's not necessary.

For grappling with a one-handed weapon, there's Wolverine Stance. It allows you to attack with a one-handed weapon in a grapple, and without taking the usual -4 penalty. Any character can have Wolverine Stance by 12th level with only two feats. In order to get Weapon Supremacy, you would have to be an 18th level Fighter and fulfill a laundry list of prerequisites. Of course, taking levels of Warblade or Swordsage would let you get Wolverine Stance earlier and without the feats, and a Fighter could get take the feat at 10th level with his bonus feat, but those aren't necessary.

Martial Study and Martial Stance are the feats that grant you a maneuver and a stance, respectively. They're both Fighter feats. Martial Study has no prerequisites, and Martial Stance only requires you know a maneuver from the same discipline as the stance you want.

Yarr, it not be what ye asked for specifically, but it's better IMO. You can be flinging your enemies overboard from level one with the Mighty Throw maneuver, which you can get either with a single level of Swordsage or a single feat (no scurvy prereqs either).

For wrestl'n with yer one-handed cutlasses and such, there's Wolverine Stance. You can cut wit yer cutlass in a grapple and not take no penalty to boot. If'n you be a Warblade or Swordsage, then ye can learn yourself this stance by 5th level. If'n ye ain't, then ye can still learn it by 10th level with two feats. That be quiet I few level afore ye can be learn'n Weapon Supremacy, by my reckon'n. Ye don't need any Fighter levels either (though the feats wit what you can learn maneuvers and stances, Martial Study and Martial Stance, are both Fighter feats).

Wait, it was talk like a pirate day yesterday? And he asked feat, which is not a one level dip. The Fling Enemy feat is in Races of Stone. And I'm sure that there's another way to use a 1-hander in a grapple. Anyone else?

Martial Study is a feat. So is Martial Stance. The OP's question was answered pretty thoroughly, so I thought I'd provide some other options.

I was just feeling piratical... and a little sleep-deprived. I'll edit out the pirate lingo.

PGTF also has a regional feat which lets you use a light weapon in a grapple without penalty.

Thanks to everybody for their suggestions. And to InkBlot- this information is pretty neat but I should have mentioned that I don't have ToB. Now I've got a few reasons to get it.
