The master of Shrouds' main ability to summon undead is qualified as Spell-like.

Does the MM feat Quicken Spell-like ability work for the Summon Undead ability used by the Master of Shrouds? If so how? What level spell is being mimicked? Does quicken Sp ability make use of the Summon Undead feature into a standard action like quickening a full-round spell would, or does it make it a free action as the RAW would seem to imply.

thanks

Let's take a look at the monsters that the MoS' Summon Undead ability can summon:

Shadow CR 3, equivalent SM III
Wraith CR 5, equivalent SM V
Spectre CR 7, equivalent SM VII
Great Shadow CR 8, equivalent SM VIII
Dread Wraith CR 11, equivalent SM IX

Now, Quicken Spell-Like Ability only works on spells of up to 6th level, so applying it to summoning Spectres, Great Shadows, and Dread Wraiths is out.

A character with 6 or more levels of MoS can Summon 4 Shadows. 4 CR 3 monsters = 1 CR 7 monster, which is the equivalent of SM VII, one spell level higher than one can use Quicken Spell-Like Ability on.

By RAW, it does not appear that Quicken Spell-Like Ability can be used with the MoS' Summon Undead ability (at least pre-Epic), unless she only uses it to summon no more than 2 Shadows at a time - which is suboptimal.

When your talking about these abilities i dont think your feat stops working when the ability gets better.

At a guess since the class is designed to get your first use of the Ability around level 7 (5 levels cleric 2 levels of master of shrouds) You might be able to treat it as a 4rth level spell like ability as a guideline.

Your caster level (the one MoS provides +1 CL) is the caster level used.

Quicken requires CL 10 or higher.

Only Shadows are at or below 6th level (look at Summon Undead in LM, you will see Shadows are the only one on the tables and they are Summon Undead IV.) Keep in mind CR != Spell Level, so Shadows at CR3 are a 5th level Summon Monster target due to their powers.

Also, the MoS ability takes 1 round (because it specifically states it is as the spell Summon Monster, which is 1 round.)

Quicken SLA only works on SLA that take 1 round or less, so you can use it with the MoS ability.

So if you took Quicken SLA Summon Undead, the extent of your benefit would be to use a free action to summon the Shadows, but would be prohibited from using it to summon any other types of undead. You would also require 18th CL to summon them.
