Is there a metamagic feat that turns a ranged touch attack into touch? I'm thinking of running a duskblade soon, and there aren't a lot of high-level touch spells that I saw. Unless I'm wrong and ranged touch spells can be voluntarily turned into touch?

Perhaps I'm mistaken (no books ATM) but a Duskblade can automatically channel a spell into his weapon to make the attack at melee range.

This isn't Touch, because it requires a normal attack roll -- unless perhaps you are allowed to just Touch the enemy with your weapon as if starting a Trip attempt. If you look at it that way, then you should already have the ability.

Otherwise I do not believe there is a feat which makes Ranged Touch -> Touch, though Reach Spell [Metamagic] does the opposite, Touch -> Ranged Touch.

It should be simple enough to use the same concept, and reverse how it works. Because Touch range is generally a huge limit though, perhaps make only 1 or no spell slot adjustment (Reach Spell uses 2 slots higher).

The other solution to the problem of there not being a lot of higher level spells for duskblade is to pick up metamagic feats, or talk your DM into letting you use the spell point system, and just spam shocking grasp and vampiric touch all day. Although come to think of it, I'm not sure the books states how their spontaneous casting works with metamagic and their channeling ability...

PHB2 specifically states that it's touch spells.
