I'm creating a character that fires at enemies from way off the battle field. Because of this, I have a question about the stacking of range increment bonuses. By twentieth level, I will have the Far Shot feat, a bow with Distance, +100ft. due to the old Deepwood Sniper prestige class, +20ft. from the Ranged Weapon Master feat, and +20ft. because the bow is dragonbone. How does all of this factor out for the range increment?

First of all, what kind of bow is it? Longbow, shortbow, or greatbow? Is it composite?

Second, in D&D, when you double a double you get a triple. See page 304 of your Player's Handbook. Farshot is x1.5. Distance is x2. So if you have a +1 distance composite longbow and the Farshot feat, the range increment 110 x 2.5 = 275.

Now, the rest of it (Deepwood Sniper, Ranged Weapon Mastery, and Dragonbone) would depend on whether the range increment increase is applied before or after the multipliers. In general, flat numeric bonuses are applied before any multipliers, but those abilities may specify otherwise. I'm not familiar with them, so I'm not going to attempt to figure them out.

The Dragonbone Longbow is considered a composite longbow with a 20 foot increase to range increment. So, this would set the base at 130 feet. The 20 feet from the Ranged Weapon Mastery (PHBII) does not say if it is added before or after multipliers. The 100 feet from Deepwood Sniper (MW) says that it is added after the multipliers. Would the 20 feet from Ranged Weapon Mastery be added before or after multipliers since it doesn't say?

I would say it is added after the multipliers as it is also a flat increase, rather than a multiplier, like the Deepwood Sniper's bonus.

Thus Composite Dragon Longbow 130' base x 1.5 x 2 +20' +100' = 445'
