Phalanx Fighting (CW)
Pyro (SaS)
Saddleback (PGF)
Cumbrous Reflexes (SS)
Cerulean Reflexes (MoI)
Githyanki Dragonrider (MM4)
Aerial Reflexes (RoW)
Dive for Cover (CAdv)
Force of Will (Psionic)
Insightful Reflexes (CAdv)

Therra is a homebrew world, and sometimes there are minor changes from the RAW... but it's a great place to start.

Wow, thanks for so many suggestions. I forgot about Cumbrous Reflexes and Dive For Cover. Those are good bonuses, but I'm not sure I can live with the consequenses.
