Tempest Stormwind 03-15-07, 10:35 AM	Two-Weapon Rend is the easiest way in terms of feats. PHB2. If you have the Tome of Battle, the Girallon Windmill Flesh Rip maneuver gives you a sort of super-rend that deals increasing damage based on how many attacks hit (up to +20d6!). It's an 8th level Tiger Claw maneuver, if I recall correctly. I'm pretty sure there's a roundabout option in psionics (involving astral constructs), but I don't know if there's a WotC-specific way (there definitely is if you use Hyperconscious, which was written by the same author as the XPH, but was published by Malhavoc Press instead, or Untapped Potential, which was written and published by Dreamscarred Press). My vote would be for Girallon Windmill Flesh Rip, because a Tiger Claw martial adept is just damn fun to play.
