| Chaos_Infidel03-31-07, 12:36 AM | I believe I read somewhere, or maybe I just imagined it and if thats the case I'm wasting my time.... anyways, Is there a way to replace a feat you took at a low level when you gain a new level? Example: Rogue takes dodge as their 1st level character feat. Rogue attains level 2 and decides she wants to change it to Point Blank Shot now that he/she meets the requirements of BaB +1 which he/she didn't have at 1st level... any possibility? |

At the DM's discretion, you can change one feat or class ability when you level up. However, in the spirit of the rules, this is supposed to allow you to modify a character that isn't working well, rather than as a deliberate ploy to chop and change according to your level advancement. |

Our DM has allowed PCs to find a vendor that will use the psionic power on you for a fee. The vendor takes the XP hit for you. Very Munchkin, but it does exist. |
| WinterPsionic04-04-07, 05:00 PM | Under retraining rules, IIRC, the 2 being swapped had to have been accesible to the character at that time, so in this case the proposed swap wouldn't work. |
| liquidhypnotic04-26-07, 11:17 PM | Ha ha, Psychic Reformation is SO begging to be errata'ed. So, if I'm an 11th level character, and I want to change my first level feat, then I have to pay 500xp? Dang. On the other hand, you're telling me I can rechoose all of my skills, feats, and powers, all the way back to first, for a mere 500xp? Word! There REALLY ought to be a more nuanced system than that built into Psychic Reformation. |
