I've been trying to figure out, what is needed to get the divine meatamagic persistent spell feat for my cleric.

Divine metamagic only requires turn/rebuke undead (complete divine p.80)
Persistent spell requires extend spell (complete arcane p. 81)

From complete divine you should be able to just take divine metamagic persistent spell and that is it, seeing as the only requirement is to be able to turn/rebuke undead, is this so?

The reason for the question is that every build I have seen on this board has both extend spell and persistent spell, before taking divine metamagic persistent spell, yet not divine metamagic extended spell. So I'm not sure.

If anyone could clarify it and tell me where I can find it in the books, I'd apprecite it.

Divine metamagic was errata'd so you now required the metamagic feat you wish to take DMM for, which is why everyone has Extend and Persistant. However, like you said, it doesn't require DMM for each of the feats and their prerequisites, so you only need to take it for Persistant (unless you also want to be able to extend).

The errata also made it so you can only use it with divine spells.
