I have aquestion about reach, I think I have it right but want to make sure before I finish a build.

Reach for a human starts at 5' if he is enlarged he goes up to 10'.

If you add in the inhuman reach from LoM (+5' reach -1 to hit) it becomes 15' reach as a large human.

Add in the ToB meanuver that lets you gain +5' reach on your turn and it becomes 20' reach on your turn and with a spiked chain you threaten out to 40' on your turn and 30' the rest of the time?

is that right?

Sounds like it, unless 2 or more of those increases to reach are fro mthe same named bonuses.

So you have a Spiked Chain which is 10' reach alone

Enlarged = +5'
Inhuman = +5'
ToB = +5'

So your reach would be a total of 25', Size increaments only increase by 5' per level, unless I'm missing something.

Actually, you determine natural reach first, which as a large creature is 10'. The spiked chain doubles that to 20'. I'm not familiar with the other two abilities, so I can't comment on them, but if they specify 5' reach bonuses, then I would assume you add them last. In this case, you would have a 20' reach as a medium creature, and 30 as a large.

inhuman reach has something to the effect that it adds 5' to base human reach and that a reach weapon doubles your standard reach giveing a human a 20' reach.

They are unlisted bonus so they should stack with everything and being larger statcks with everything I believe.

Order of stacking is in the best way unless the info on an ability restricts it to not so it would be 10+5+5=20 then double when you use a reach weapon. That is if I understand it right.

I guess the DM will have to decide whether the feats increase "natural reach". A reach weapon doubles "natural reach". It'll be odd if a Medium-sized Spiked Chain gets "stretched" to more than 10 feet though.

Is it a 10 foot chain or is it a 20 foot chain you hold in the middle? I tend to think of it as the latter, as such its easy to see where the extra length comes from.

Also when you enlarge a creature the chain enlarges as well.
