You can take Spell Reprieve, Item Reprieve and Arcane Transfiguration (from Lost Empires of Faerūn) to cast spells from your forbidden schools.

Shadow Conjuration, Shades, Shadow Evocation, Limited Wish, and Wish.

P.S. The existence of the Shadow series of spells makes a feat like you describe potentially abusive. If you have a feat that makes any spell a Conjuration/Evocation spell, then you use the feat and simply cast it using Shadow Conjuration/Evocation spell.

The feat would have to be worded to prevent this kind of thing.
