I put this in the wrong board last time, oh well.

I have a quick question, I am looking for a particular feat(s). I am pretty sure there is a feat that works the same way Natural Spell does, but for shapeshifters.

Natural Spell specifically applies to being in Wild Shape, but not an alternate form. I think there was a feat/class/item that allowed a shapeshifter to cast in forms that otherwise couldn't speak or manipulate components?

I just ruled they worked the same when I DMed in a similiar situation.

The Nonverbal Spell feat (PlanarHB) allows you to cast spells with verbal components using some sort of noise instead.

Savage Species has the feat Surrogate Spellcasting, it might do the trick.
Also there's the Initiate (or something...) of Malar PrC from BoVD and PGtF, I believe it grants a similar ability.
Sorry I can't give a definitive answer, but I'm AFB at the moment ;)
