Shield Bashing [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-23-07, 09:05 PM I need to know if there are any ways that can make shield bash deal more damage other then having it spiked.

04-23-07, 09:08 PM The bashing (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicArmor.htm#bashing) enhancement. I also believe PHII has a lot of feats for a shield fighter.

04-23-07, 09:49 PM You can increase shield bash damage the same way you can increase any other weapon damage: magical enhancements, higher strength, weapon specialization, favored enemy, sneak attack, etc. The bashing ability is a good choice for heavy spiked shield.

Was there something in particular you had in mind?

04-24-07, 06:51 AM I was sure I heard of a feat that made shields deal damage like it was two size catagorys more. I'm serten I saw it as well, But now I can't find it.

After reading the enhancement bonuses I know see that it was bashing.
