Benefit: When wielding a shield in each hand, you may add 1/2 the shield bonus(rounded down) from your off hand shield to your armor class. These bonus's stack. starfire311 05-16-07, 03:37 PM	broken and silly, not a fan of the 2 shield wielder, and adding 2 times teh shield mod to AC is rediculous IMO. Let me guess, your goal is to wield 2 +5 shields with +5 shield spikes of defending.
Raiden Drake 05-16-07, 03:37 PM	Seem ok, I made some feats like this way back before the change of forums. Actually now that I'm checking my files i think they are pretty much the same; but mine add the restriction that u can't use this feats with tower shields.

Let me guess, your goal is to wield 2 +5 shields with +5 shield spikes of defending. Well thats about 200 000 GP's all the expected wealth of a 15 level char, it give u +14 shield(asuming heavy shields) bonus to armor class and +10 bonus from the defending. So you are untochable but your weapons are sub-par... it seems fine to me.

It is a ton of feats that is teh only draw back, but if you have all the other feats, if you are say a sword and board fighter already the 1st faet will give you a +2 AC minimum, and the second feat will probably give you a another +2 AC minumum. Take a level 6 human fighter Feats: TWF, Shield Spec, Weapon Focus shield spike, Improved Shield Bash, Shield Ward, Shield Combat, Improved Shield combat, +1 feat At level 6 you could have 2 +1 heavy shields granting +8 AC, if you have full Plate your AC will be at least 27, with a touch AC of at least 19. And if you went the knight route to give you even more shield bonuses it will get really high, Knight gives what upto +3 to your AC from a shield, with shield spec, and +5 shields at high level your AC from a shield can be +22, just from your 2 shields, dont even think about what a multi-weapon version of the feats would do.

That same fighter with str 18 will have two attacks: main hand: +7 attack 1d6+4 off hand: +7 attack 1d6+2 at level 6 that is subpar, sure he has amazing AC, thats what he does not geting hit.
