Where can I find information about Siberys Dragonmarks and how to acquire them? Please just point me to a book and page as I can't seem to find it!

Thanks in advance!

Dragonmarks in general are covered in an early chapters of the ECS. Siberys-grade dragonmarks are typically only available via the Heir of Siberys prestige class (which in turn is only available to high level characters), while the Least, Lesser, and Greater-grade dragonmarks can be acquired via feats and/or PrCs.

Dragonmarks are somewhat iconic to Eberron. They are liable to be out of place in any other setting, and within Eberron they have significance far beyond the power of the mark itself; dragonmarks form a major foundation of political and economic power there, so if you manifest a mark, it's much more involved than just having a nifty new power to play around with.

The above is all correct. You can only initially gain a Siberys Dragonmark by taking the Heir of Siberys PrC.

In the Dragonmarked book, however, there are a number of feats with impressive abilities that key off Dragonmarks, and some of them are Siberys only.

Please note that you can't enter the Heir of Siberys until level 12+...it's quite the excluse PrC, especially for a 3 level class.

It was not at all my intention to sound like I was considering Dragonmarks to be "just another nifty ability to add to my character", even if I do not perhaps show them the same ammount of respect as you, Neutronium_Dragon, seem to do.
My knowledge of Eberron is infinitesimal, and as such I was extremely curious about it when I encountered the term "Siberys Dragonmark" is the book Dragonmarked, as I could only recall Greater Dragonmarks as far as feats go.

Thanks a lot for the help!
