Hello, I have a question on "Smiting Spell" a feat of the Players H. II (page 92)
If as I cast a spell modified by this metamagic feat can I attack at once?
Usually with touch attacks you have the chance to touch at the same round you cast, but in this case I'm not sure.
And if ther answer is yes, can one make a full attack, or just a single hit?
I hope someone can help me!

I would say yes, you can make an attack as part of casting the spell, for the reason you explain. You could only make one attack, not a full attack unless the spell were quickened or such.

(Actually, quickened touch spells are weird anyway. Could you make the touch attack plus a separate full attack action?)
