Size modifier to Move Silently? [Archive] - Wizards Community

06-19-07, 12:50 PM Should there be a size modifier to Move Silently? I can't imagine a huge creature be as silent as a tiny creature (assuming equal ranks and other modifiers).
In fact, most often smaller creatures recieve racial bonuses to Move Silently, but why not just make it a norm and add a smaller racial bonus to those who still need a boost?

06-19-07, 01:10 PM I could see ruling either way on this one. Maybe apply half the size modifier of Hide to Move Siliently. So a large creature would have -4 Hide and -2 Move Silently. Personally, I wouldn't bother, but I can see your complaint.
