So recently I started a Necromancer, and I was searching around the books and I found a skill called "Craft Construct" in the Secret College of Necromancy book. This skill gives the ability to craft Constructs and little things that could be considered constructs. However, when I looked to see the price of things that could be made, I could not find anything for something like a "necromantic toy", the golems obviously being in the monsterous manual.

are there any places I could find a good Construct and Creation cost chart or some such thing?

Craft Construct is not a Crafting skill, it is just a somewhat poorly named Feat.

Craft Construct [Item Creation]
Prerequisites

Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Craft Wondrous Item.
Benefit

A creature with this feat can create any construct whose prerequisites it meets. Enchanting a construct takes one day for each 1,000 gp in its market price. To enchant a construct, a spellcaster must spend 1/25 the item’s price in XP and use up raw materials costing half of this price (see individual construct monster entries for details).

A creature with this feat can repair constructs that have taken damage. In one day of work, the creature can repair up to 20 points of damage by expending 50 gp per point of damage repaired.

A newly created construct has average hit points for its Hit Dice.

Individual construct MM entries have more info on creating them.

This feat is in the Monster Manual, and you should discuss with your DM whether you are allowed to take it.

i'm sorry, i must not have made myself clear. This is a Necromantic Skill from the Secret College of Necromancy book.

Craft Construct (Int; Necromancy only)

Often the necromancer wants to fuse elements of two or more bodies, or rearrange the elements of a corpse to better suit her purposes before animating the body as an undead creature or a construct such as a golem. In some cases, she may merely make necromantic toys, such as walking lanterns or self-opening doors, to amuse herself and other necromancers or handle small, simple tasks. In most cases, though, a necromancer builds constructs as servants and soldiers.

Table 1-5: Construct Creation

Task DC
Necromantic Toy 15
Flesh golem 20
bone golem 25
Rot Golem 30
Siege Engine Varies

and it gives more such as construct modifiers table and the checks

i'm wondering how much it would be to create the "Necromantic toy" stated above for the DC15. The Golems being in the monsterous manual as well as the siege engines I can imagine. This Skill is actually considered a skill in the Secret College of Necromancy

well first, unless i missed somthing, that isnt a real book (real meaning official D&D) second, that would COMPLETELY unbalance the game... i think, and finally,i would just stick with undead, they are better.

well it is to the D&D system, but it isn't a real book. meaning that It was made for the D20 system, so I guess it's not something I should use

Well, you can use anything with DM permission, but I don't think these particular message boards will be of tremendous use in answering questions about that product.
