Some of them look interesting. Any experience on the board with these?

Piropoint, maybe you should be more specific on what you'd like to learn, that makes it easier for us to help ;]

Uh... yes.

why would you post something as useless as that?

same here. I like those too, except that I'm a halfling so I don't get much running done when I charge so there's not much benefit for me on the corner perch... It'd be great for medium melee, specially when the enemy uses the benefit of corners as strategies.
there's one trick with sleight of hand that allows you to cast and nobody noticing. It seems good to a rouguish/caster build.

There's one that helps you stand up from prone, that's good if your DM likes to trip you a lot, specially if you're a small fellow like me ;]

I'm looking to build a lucky follower of Olidammara (not nesisarily a cleric) and I'm considering adding uncanny trickster to the mix. (looking at Rogue, cleric (luck, travel) Fortune's Friend, Uncanny Trickster)

Hmm? I answered his question exactly.

If he wants advice or opinions on some good ones, I think that Nimble Stand is one of the easiest to qualify for and most useful for the majority of classes.

If you have several Knowledge skills trained in order to identify monsters, the (I-forget-the-name) Lore Trick that gives a +5 to identify monsters and their abilities can be quite good. Consider that for the Trick it only takes 2 skill points, and grants what is effectively 5 skill points in any particular Knowledge skill. And since you can use the trick for any knowledge skill you have (there is no caveat that it only applies to a single Knowledge skill), for those 2 skill points you practically* get the benefits of 30 something skill points.

*I say practically because you can only use it for identifying monsters and their abilities, and only once per encounter unless you can refresh your uses of skill tricks. Still, identifying monsters tends to be the most common use for many Knowledge skills, and you usually won't have many different monsters at once that you have never seen before. Not all Knowledge skills are used for identifying monsters either.

I was kinda disappointed that the tricks were not continued in Complete Champion. I would think that a whole list of skill tricks could have been devised for all sorts of skill uses, not just the social, acrobatic, or sneaky ones.
