I was hoping there was a feat somewhere that could grant a character a smite attack 1/day, but I've poured over several books and I just can't find anything. Any help guys? If its racial or regional or whatever it doesn't matter, I'd just like to know if anything like this exists.

Cleric with the Destruction domain.

Granted Power: You gain the smite power, the supernatural ability to make a single melee attack with a +4 bonus on attack rolls and a bonus on damage rolls equal to your cleric level (if you hit). You must declare the smite before making the attack. This ability is usable once per day.

If you specifically want a feat, there's one in Tome of Battle that gives you a 1+CHA times/day Smite against Evil Outsiders. Otherwise, Killoren (Race) and plenty of classes (Crusader, Witch Slayer, Doomlord...) give you Smite.

Yeah, I'm really looking for a feat so its something any character could take. If there really isn't one I can make one up, I suppose.
