No feats that im aware of but I do believe the magic item compendium that just came out has crystal augmentations that allow for sneak attacks against undead or constructs depending on which crystal you use.

There's Razing Strike in Complete Adventurer, but that requires the ability to cast 3rd level spells. I don't know of any other feats that will give you that ability.

However Dungeonscape offers a variant for Rogues. If the Rogue gives up Trap Sense they instead gain an ability that lets them do half their Sneak Attack damage to enemies normally immune to it.

IIRC, There is a feat in Expedition to Castle Ravenloft that allows you to sneak attack undead (with some restrictions).

there is a weapon ability in the libris mortis that allows you to crit and sneak attack incoporeal undead, also there is a spell from the lm that removes undeads invurabilites, although as a rouge u would proberly be more interested in the liquid mortality positoxin that does the same

Things I'm aware of:

The dungeonscape alternate class feature lets you get 1/2 your sneak attack dice against anything so long as you can flank it.

Magic Item compendium has lots of underpriced augment crystals that lets you deal sneak attack damage to undead and constructs. The greater truedeath crystal in particular lets you deal sneak attack, critical hits, and adds the ghost touch property to your weapon for just 10k.

Ask your DM if you can make a Ring of continuous Grave Strike. The pricing formula would suggest 8000gp, which is fairly cheap.

check complete scoudrel. it contains a great deal of sneak attack feats but if they're isn't anything in it about undead then just try using bludgeon weapons with your rogue.

If you're willing to take a dip into Ranger there is a feat in Complete Scoundrel that allows you to sneak attack your favoured enemies even if they would normally be immune to sneak attack ...

No such thing. There's Swift Hunter, but that's for scout/rangers, and only applies to skirmish, not sneak attack. There is no rogue/ranger feat that allows you to apply sneak attack to normally immune favored enemies.

Quite right, I should check to see if my brain is swiss cheese before replying to posts ... and not leaving my rference books at my boyfriend's house might help as well.
