1. When i use whirlwind attack, can i also use the improved trip feat trip all the opponent in 5-ft. radius and then immidately make attack to all opponent if i make all success touch attack and win all trip check?

2. Can i use cleave or great cleave when the foe was knocked down by whirlwind attack?

3. When i score critical hit in whirlwind attack, is this attack treated all foe in 5-ft. radius are critical hit?If yes, am i need to roll the confilm critical hit separately?

4. Power throw can make the character use the power attack to add the bonus damage to the attack. Are the bonus damage also add in the throwing weapon damage when the character who is throwing master use palm throw and weak spot by using dart?

5. if i choose weapon focus and weapon specialization in grapple, can i choose melee weapon mastery feat?If yes, what type of the damage about grapple?

6. Whirlwind Attack need full round action, haste spell said when making full round action, the character can make the extra attack. It means after i use the whirlwind attack, i can make the extra attack?

7. Can i choose weapon supremacy feat when i use ranged weapon or throwing weapon if i meet all the prerequisities? Beacuse i see the feat list in PHB II, the prerequisities need melee weapon mastery, but the explaination of this feat said only need weapon mastery with damage type of chosen weapon,

8. Brutal throw said you can use str mod. add to the attack roll when throwing weapon, but can i use the dex mod. to the attack roll?

9. When i use dart attack and use the palm throw, i have three attack and +1 str mod. what is the damage of the dart when the suitation below:

a. Have weapon specialization(Dart) ,greater weapon specialization(Dart) and Ranged weapon mastery (Piercing), enchantment bonus +1

b. score critical hit in first/second/thrid attack

c. have sneak attack ability +1d6 when foe flat-footed and no uncanny dodge

d. have explosive ability(when hit the target, all people including target in 5 ft. radius deal 2d4 damage)

e. use power throw add +2 bonus damage (if question 4.'s answer is yes)

1. When i use whirlwind attack, can i also use the improved trip feat trip all the opponent in 5-ft. radius and then immidately make attack to all opponent if i make all success touch attack and win all trip check?

WWA negates bonus attacks from other abilities, so I'd say no to the free attacks from Improved Trip. (Tripping itself would be fine of course.)

2. Can i use cleave or great cleave when the foe was knocked down by whirlwind attack?

No for the same reason.

3. When i score critical hit in whirlwind attack, is this attack treated all foe in 5-ft. radius are critical hit?If yes, am i need to roll the confilm critical hit separately?

No, you roll a separate attack against each foe, with a separate opportunity to crit for each.

4. Power throw can make the character use the power attack to add the bonus damage to the attack. Are the bonus damage also add in the throwing weapon damage when the character who is throwing master use palm throw and weak spot by using dart?

If I remember right, Power Throw is still limited to working with a 1H weapon, and darts are light weapons. But I might be wrong here.

5. if i choose weapon focus and weapon specialization in grapple, can i choose melee weapon mastery feat?If yes, what type of the damage about grapple?

That's a DM call, but myself I'd say no you can't do it. (Despite being able to take WF and WS, a grapple isn't really a weapon.) If you can, it would normally be bludgeoning.

6. Whirlwind Attack need full round action, haste spell said when making full round action, the character can make the extra attack. It means after i use the whirlwind attack, i can make the extra attack?

No, you have to give up all other attacks when you use WWA.

I believe the table says melee, but the feat itself just says weapon mastery. The text takes precedence, so you can use it with a ranged weapon.

8. Brutal throw said you can use str mod. add to the attack roll when throwing weapon, but can i use the dex mod. to the attack roll?

I thought the feat said you use Str indead of Dex, but I'm going by memory.

9. When i use dart attack and use the palm throw, i have three attack and +1 str mod. what is the damage of the dart when the suitation below:

I don't recall how palm throw works well enough to help here. But Weapon Master does stack with WS and GWS.

I agree with Jaelis on everything he wrote.

More information:

#8: Brutal Throw is Strength modifer instead of Dex to attack. Has nothing to do with damage.

#9: Palm Throw counts as a volley attack. That means Precision damage things only apply to the FIRST throw.

A. Precision damage includes Sneak attack and weapon specialiazation(s)

I think, but am not absolutely positive that ranged Weapon Mastery also counts as "Precision damage". The enchantment bonuses of the individual thrown weapons count to each individual weapon.

B. Each individual thrown item gets it's own chance to crit. If any one crits, only that one is multiplied.

C. Sneak attack is precision damage, only applied to the first.

D. The explosive ability, if enchanted into the items, works on whichever one you paid to enchant. If it is not anchanted into the items, then it sounds to me you get one explosion per attack, regardless of how many darts you throw with that one attack.

E. Power Throw is I believe Precision damage. If Jaelis is wrong and it applies to darts (not sure), it would only work on the first one.

Question:

1. Whirlwind Attack text said it uses one melee attack at your full base attack against all opponent within reach. One melee attack base only use one roll against all opponent AC(vs 8 opponent roll 1 roll) or against each opponent, also use the full base attack modifier to make the roll(vs 8 opponent roll 8 rolls)

2. Are some text in FAQ that weapon mastery damage is Precision damage or not?

3. The power throw text said "that subtract a number from all thrown weapon attack rolls and add the same number to all thrown weapon damage roll". It may applies when i use palm throw and weak spot abilities?

4. As i see the text of Power throw, none of the part said the cannot use light, little or small thrown weapon when use power throw ability. Although the requirement need power attack feat.

5. I see the PHB V3.5, the text of Wepon Focus said that "Chose one type of weapon, such as greataxe. You can also choose unarmed strike or grapple...."

So, i think my question is right.

6. The brutal throw question means when i learn this feat, can i use back the dex mod. to roll the attack roll, if my dex mod. if higher than the str mod.?

1. Whirlwind Attack text said it uses one melee attack at your full base attack against all opponent within reach. One melee attack base only use one roll against all opponent AC(vs 8 opponent roll 1 roll) or against each opponent, also use the full base attack modifier to make the roll(vs 8 opponent roll 8 rolls) here is what the feat actually says:

WHIRLWIND ATTACK [GENERAL]
Prerequisites: Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, Dodge, Mobility, Spring Attack, base attack bonus +4.
Benefit: When you use the full attack action, you can give up your regular attacks and instead make one melee attack at your full base attack bonus against each opponent within reach.
When you use the Whirlwind Attack feat, you also forfeit any bonus or extra attacks granted by other feats, spells, or abilities.
Special: A fighter may select Whirlwind Attack as one of his fighter bonus feats.

it is one attack roll at your full BAB per foe with in reach.

1. When i use whirlwind attack, can i also use the improved trip feat

2. Can i use cleave or great cleave ... whirlwind attack?

3. When i score critical hit in whirlwind attack, is this attack treated all foe in 5-ft. radius are critical hit?If yes, am i need to roll the confilm critical hit separately?

5. if i choose weapon focus and weapon specialization in grapple, can i choose melee weapon mastery feat?If yes, what type of the damage about grapple?

7. Can i choose weapon supremacy feat when i use ranged weapon or throwing weapon

8. Brutal throw said you can use str mod. add to the attack roll when throwing weapon, but can i use the dex mod. to the attack roll?

1) No, Whirlwind makes you forfeit all additional attacks, so you could not use Improved Trip to do damage in addition to a trip. You could make a case for being able trip, since trip requires unarmed melee attacks without a weapon but melee attacks with one.

2) No, Whirlwind makes you forfeit all additional attacks.

3) No, you roll to hit each opponent. If you have 10 targets, you roll 10 times. If you roll 10 natural 20's, then you roll 10 times to confirm.

5) Bludgeoning.

6) No, Whirlwind makes you forfeit the additional attacks.

7) I assume you mean a weapon that can be both thrown and melee? If so, you need both Melee Weapon Mastery and Ranged Weapon Mastery feats to be able to use Weapon Supremacy with the one weapon in both forms/methods (melee and ranged/thrown.)

8) Brutal Throw allows you to use STR instead of DEX. If you have the feat and want to use DEX, then it is the same as not having the feat. In other words, you absolutely don't use STR and DEX, pick one or the other.

1. how about the weak spot, because the text sid that use the ranged touch to the attack roll, after i take the brutal throw, it will change to melee touch or still use the ranged touch to roll the attack roll?

As a side note, nothing in the description of Weapon Specialization in the SRD indicates that it's precision damage.

"Precision based" seems a very poorly defined term. The only thing that is explicitly called precision based is sneak attack. I can only assume the duelist's precise strike is too. The common denominator between the two is that they do not affect creatures without discernible anatomies. Weapon specialization has no such restriction, and therefore is probably not precision based (what would be the point of beign precise with an ooze?).

Skirmish and Sudden Strike (Scout and Ninja respectively) also fall in the category of precision based damage. All forms of precision based damage require a specific situational condition to be met after which you can target your attack at a certain vital anatomical spot for extra damage.

Weapon specialization, melee weapon mastery and such require no special conditions to be met when using them, hence the extra damage indeed always applies. Perhaps your slashes are longer, your thrusts deeper, the impact of your blow harder, whatever is the reason you always get the bonus damage. It does not require you to hit a more vital spot, rather it requires you to handle your weapon more efficiently.
