I have been looking on this site for a couple of days an I keep seeing Feats I have never seen before. They must be pretty strong because I see them alot. Feets like shock Tropper. Are these real feats are made up ones. If there real can you please tell me what book to check them out in. If there not in a real core book we dont use them. I have a feeling that may be the case. Any help would be usefull.

You might find the Feat Index (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/arch/lists) of use if you happen upon other feats you are not sure of whether they are from published materials or 'custom made' so to say. Btw. welcome to the boards :D
