If I am a bard, who took the Perform (Oratory) specialty. I would like to know if I can get bonuses to influence crowd with bluff and diplomacy checks?

Or even to a single character.. If I make a superbe speech (high perform check) to the king, do I get bonuses to my Diplomacy check to convince him of anything?

Or my bluff?

As always in situations like this, the DM may add the standard +2 circumstance bonus for favorable conditions (such as impressing the king in question with a Perform check, which might as well have been some other form than oratory).

There is no inherent synergy, however.

No, but if the king is at all distracted, you could use fascinate on him, ensuring that he listens to only you. If your a 1/2 elf, and he is upset for whatever reason, you can soothe his mood using your soothing voice ability. A GM might even allow you to use the 2 abilities simultaneously, after all you have to be giving a speach about something.

I suggest you ask your GM if you cannot use the aide another action on yourself. A good deal of GMs that I have encountered allow this as long as it makes sense. Perhaps you can even sway them into allowing you to use the alternate aide another rules, where rolls higher than 10 give you a higher than +2 bonus (i believe its an additional +1 for every 10 by which you beat DC 10).

Aid myself with Perform? Like.. for every steps of 10 over 10, I gain a + 1 synergy bonus, or could I inspire competence on myself?

Exactly, some GMs will allow you to use skills to backup other skills.

For example, the cleric in my party wanted to try converting townspeople, so he made a Knowledge(religion) check to know applicable passages to counter the arguements of nonbelievers, and rolled a 16 or something. He then rolled a diplomacy check, and applied +2 to it as if he had aided another on himself.
