spell dc feats [Archive] - Wizards Community

04-16-07, 11:04 PM i know of spell focus and spell casting prodigy feats, what other feats are out there that can be used to add to spell dc's that are not part of prestiege classes. i have access to all books in my group so i dont care how obscure they are. please help me find these feats

04-17-07, 07:48 AM Spellcasting Prodigy does not increase the DC of your spells. That power was removed from the feat in 3.5 - see the Player's Guide to Faerun which is the conversion book for FR stuff to 3.5.

04-17-07, 08:19 AM the best way I would say is to start off with spell focus and then keep going with that progression. Spell focus=greater spell focus= Metamagic feats...

04-17-07, 11:42 AM is it me or did they really nerf spell dc feats since 3.0 spell focus is half what it was and spell prodigy doesnt even give it to you anymore. so if you dont get pretiege class you can only get +2 dc from feats plus heighten spell if you want to go blow a higher level spell slot

A design goal of 3.5 was to reduce the ease with which spell save DCs could be increased. 3.0 prestige classes that let you get increases to DC may well have been changed as well.

04-17-07, 06:29 PM There needs to be an expertise like feat for DC's. Give up some caster levels and trade for DC's. Any thoughts on a new feat?
