Is there an equivalent Feat to 'Shot On The Run' for Spellcasting?

Does perhaps 'Shot On The Run' qualify?

If not, what might be the prerequisites for such a feat (5 ranks in Concentration, maybe)?

Or should this be reserved for a capstone to a prestige class?

Mobile Spellcasting from Complete Adventurer.

Also the feat Fly-By- Attack lets you do any standard action, including spellcasting. But you need to be able to fly.

So, after reading the feat, I was wondering. Did sorcerers get screwed again?

That is to say, how does this interact with metamagic for spontaneous casters?

My guess is they can't use this feat while using metamagic without some casting time reduction tweak.

The Sorceror is free to take Accelerate Metamagic, or other feats that lets them apply metamagics without extending the casting time.

They are not really screwed.

Not all feats are for every character.

There are quite a few good feats just for Sorceror. For example, Still Spell and Silent Spell are pretty much just for Sorcerors (I.E. it takes a really stupid wizard to take those spells, you never know when you will need them, but they are great for a Sorceror).

Or if you want an Oh Dear I Have Just Been Grappled spell that isn't Dimension Door or similar, I suppose.

Throw in typical sorcerer-adventurer spells like fly, haste, greater mirror image and arcane fusion/greater arcane fusion and things get increasingly dire for the opposition.
