where do I find the info one the feat Spell Shield? I have heard it might be a great feat for a sorcerer. I would like the basic run down on the feat and the rules for it, and also what book to find it in.

We can't give you the info on the feat. That's copyrighted information...
However, you can go here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/feats) to find out what book the feat is in. As well as any other feat you want. I think it's alphabetical, but you can search by keyword.

It's not listed there, you know :)

I've never heard of it... it's probably a third party feat, since it's not on the list. Or perhaps you have the name wrong.

I think it's an Alternate class feature from Dungeonscape...
It has you make some check to ignore one source of damage (up to an amount related to the level of the spell you gave up) once per round as an Immediate Action.

It did not seem to be on that list? I may have the name wrong, but I need to find this feat. It is a feat in which a caster can trade a spell for a magical shield that soaks up a amount of damage according to their caster level and the spell slot given up. If anyone can point me in the right direction.......
